Pros
Luncheon once a week(free food), matched 401k, health benefits(very limited on what it covers though), discounts on service and parts (very helpful for anyone that owns a vehicle)
Cons
No raises at all(not sure why they don't offer raises, yes benefits help but the cost of living goes up every year and this is unacceptable), extremely hard to move up(most employees if they stick around long enough don't even get an opportunity to move up or even become management due to the people at the top only choosing who they like not who can make a difference), high turnover rate of employees due to once they find out people have been there for 5 to 20 years without a raise they get out as fast as possible. I've had to help train at least 15+ employees that have quite or left within the last 6 months and our department only holds 10 to 20 max. The incentives are if you want a raise you'll have to work, cheat, steal and beg for money from customers in order to get a raise yourself. Loyalty isn't praised here it's a burden it seems like to the management. NO TIME OFF AROUND HOLIDAYS, if your family is in a different state and your grandfather might die due to age and uncle will have surgery soon they still will not let you use any vacations days around holidays to see your family. This is incredibly poor employee treatment.
