On a dealership level, it will very from dealer to dealer. Mine is short staffed and over booked. Management expected the same results as a years ago with 1/4 of the staff. Instead of forking up the money to get qualified talent in the door, they higher people with no experience and try to train them to have 10 years of experience in 2 months. Then get mad at them when they aren't preforming how they "should" be. Automotive industy is a dying one. Its well over due for remodel. Just need to get the "this is how we've always done it" people out of management and get some people who can adapt and change with the times in their places.
