Pros
Mr. Hendrick is the epitome of a leader. He is like a Dad to everyone that works here, he makes sure that we are always taken care of, that no matter what the circumstances (including the weight of Covid) that everyone here was well compensated for, that no one was laid off, and that day in and day out we are provided with a safe place to express how we feel like this company could be better. Most companies do not value the every day man’s opinion in the every day operations even though they are the ones putting it into motion. I can honestly say that Mr. Hendrick WANTS to hear what we have to say in these matters.
