Bold of them to encourage these surveys. New car managers treats you like a child. Used car manager is condescending and thinks he’s the best and the other one gets stressed by 1 car deal. I’ve worked at low level dealerships and these are the most emotional and unprofessional managers I’ve ever worked with. Manager preaches no drama but they start it all. Every good sales person left bc of pay and the only few good ones left are only there for social hour. This place is trash and they act like it’s the best. Hendrick would be wise to clean house.
