We recently updated our time off accrual structure, and we are glad to hear that you are enjoying that benefit. While there has been a 6%+ increase in medical premiums across the nation, Hendrick is proud that we only have a 1% increase. If you have retirement goals that you are trying to achieve, I recommend that you take advantage of the 3% employer match and increase your retirement contributions.
