Pros
It was a good opportunity to gain skills, great patient interaction, and some floors/ departments had great teamwork. Lots of exposure to new situations.
Cons
Low pay when compared to similar jobs. Some managers refused to weed out those with a poor work ethic, choosing to keep a 'warm body' instead.
