Pros
Friendly working environment, no bullying ( lateral) noted so far. encourages learning and growth
Cons
have so many things that are shady in regard to pay and contracts. for example and was given a different contract to sign while I was still in my home when I was offer the job. when I got here after having moved my entire family and kids registered in school , when I got to the HR , I was given a total new contract to sign with clauses that were not in the original contract. I felt like I was stocked with it and when I asked why the difference, I was informed the original contract was given to me by the recruiter and not from them. but when I argue that it was sent to me through the recruiter but it was on Hendrick's letter head , they still refused to honor the original contract. so I felt like I was tricked and that is very shady. Again they have good benefit like the student loan reimbursement , but they will intentionally not tell new hire and you have to apply within a certain time , (6 month) of hire date and if you do no t know, then you miss it and they can not offer any more. health insurance sucks; even with insurance medical co pay are so high and ridiculous
