*Patient-centered care *Christian organization *Some autonomy *Feel like I am a contributor to providing better care *Making a positive contribution to the community *Feels like family

*Pay too low for workload, even with experience *Job expectations increase even though pay does not. Not even a bonus structure. *Difficult to discipline as a manager without HR's okay. Just Culture is good, but not when it is applied intermittently. *Getting new FTEs approved is difficult, even when easily justified *New CEO is brining too much of the "for-profit" feel with him *CFO has unrealistic expectations and will not listen to experience
