I really appreciate that Hendrick has implemented the Commitments to Excellence, eight statutes we aim to follow on a daily basis which are centered around high-quality patient care, but treatment of coworkers as well. I came to Hendrick right out of college and I haven't left; they care about their employees and are always looking for ways to help the community.

Cons

Hendrick has improved greatly over the past five years in expanding access to care. In prior years, patients sometimes felt like they could not get an appointment for a test or to see a clinician as quickly as they preferred; but the leadership heard these remarks and began broadening our abilities to care for the community.
