Pros

Overall good management. My supervisor was pretty approachable and reasonable.

Cons

The sick policy is unreasonable, as most people in the department would get too pressured about getting sick. Check in process for patients was the most extensive I've ever encountered anywhere. Patients complained about it often but most tried no to. It was understandable, and needs improvement. Being required to wear business casual shoes that are not safe for pushing patients. A 30 min lunch contributes to high turn over in the department.
