Associate - Anonymous employee Henri Bendel Employee Review

This company cannot get it together in the payroll department. Myself and many others throughout the company have not been paid correctly multiple times and sometimes are forced to wait months till we get our money. The company is stuck in the stone ages. Everything is on paper... Or must be called in with excruciating hold times. You cannot get a hold of anyone. If I want to reset my hr access password theres a 45 minute hold. This company is a mess from the top, all the way to the bottom. No one can get it together. If you get a job interview here run for the hills cause you are in for a bumpy ride.
