I have no cons to mention.

Ultimately depends on your school and administrative team. Good work culture. Pay is decent. Students do show respect and appreciation. Parental support at times. Loyalty and flexibility. Ability to gain responsibilities over time and go up in management/leadership.

Pay isn’t that high compared to APS and other leading school districts. Sometimes work can be exhausting. Students don’t always want to learn. Ability to land higher roles can sometimes depend on who you know rather than what you know. Sometimes administration doesn’t show that they can be trusted. Lack of accountability. Parent Entitlement.
