Pros
This used to be an amazing place to work and everything stated in previous reviews was accurate - great work/life balance, benefits, solid and supportive management, etc. Unfortunately (per the below) the culture has all changed and new management has taken all that from A+ to F-. We still have good benefits (at least for the moment) but the rest is seemingly going away.
Cons
A new CEO has taken over and has changed the entire climate of the organization. We used to be very, very proud to work here as you will see from almost all previous reviews. Unfortunately, now people across almost all divisions are unhappy and looking for new jobs. Managers that we all respected and worked hard for were terminated abruptly without cause and the culture has completely changed. I am now looking elsewhere as are most people, as the new CEO creates a threatening tone that ripples throughout the organization. The environment has quickly turned quite toxic, a total 360 from previously. It is likely not for most people. Poor managers that had a bad reputation were promoted in the places of the solid managers which were removed for no apparent reason. This is quite unfortunate for the organization. There is talk that the Board of Directors may step in and remove the CEO and we are all really hoping so before it is too late. If I were considering coming to work here, I would (unfortunately) look elsewhere instead since there are many similar positions in the area. This is what most current employees are doing.
