Pros
They offer good benefits, but that's about it
Cons
This company was incredibly unethical while I worked there and was a terrible place to be. The research studies they ran conducted some very unethical practices, including changing data to suit results and not running analyses properly. The HR is a joke, and there is gender discrimination in their pay. When I brought this to light, I was told it is unprofessional to discuss salary with coworkers. Unless you discuss salary with coworkers, they can continue to pay higher salaries to males and those who have "connections" to the directors. Several employees who were incompetent and unable to do the job were hired because their families are well connected with the organization. The supervisors frequently demoralize the employees, especially assistants by saying things like "a monkey could do this job" or calling the cubicle area where they work the "cube farm"
