Pros

If you enjoy being bullied or belittled, this is the company for you! Want some time off? They just may give it to you...PERMANENTLY!

Cons

A company is only as good as its HR department. With this being said, this company is in sad shape. Why don't you ask HR how many employees the company had 5 years ago and how many they have today? Ask them how many employees they have lost in their own department. Although, you may find it difficult to locate one of the managers in HR. If you can't find one it's probably because they are all gathered in a fellow manager's office gossiping. It's how that department has rolled for years. The interesting part about it is that upper management seems to be okay with this. Don't ever let HR know something unless you want the rest of the company to find out.

Pros

My immediate supervisors were great. My teams were amazing. Even the temporary staff we hired for the season were usually pretty awesome. 11 paid holidays. 3 weeks vacation after 5 years... A week PTO .. that's 31 work days as paid time off! And if you schedule it right during holidays you could be off for 3 weeks and only use a week vacation 😂

Cons

Upper Management took the lean manufacturing process too far. Six Sigma processes have their place and can be beneficial when applied properly. However when it came to redistribution of responsibility and telling employees they would now be responsible for not only A, B, C, but L, M,N, O and Z as well with no increase in pay or benefits. They also expected everyone to not only accept their new responsibilities but did not allow for any additional time in the day to complete the extra work. I thought that's taking it a bit too far.
