Pros
There is something really fun about taking a group of people through the city, and then plunging into the water, all while playing music, doing comedy, and running the show. You also have to multi-task by talking, driving, selecting music, watching the people, gauging their reactions, handling problems and emergencies, and stay entertaining, all while operating on land or water.
Cons
The tours are only two hours long, and doing the same tour up to five times a day becomes repetitive. So the biggest challenge is remembering that each tour is likely the guest's first tour. Offer professional entertainment training or coaching would be good. Have supervisors ride on tours to make the guide better. Usually once trained you can go years without an onboard review.
