      Pros

      From the highest levels of the company, employees believe in the mission and vision of the company, and it shows in dedicated leadership, hard workers, and caring co-workers.

      Cons

      The team is lean, so everyone does multiple jobs. Pay falls below industry average in some areas, but there are perks to working for a theme park company.

      Pros

      Getting to meet some very friendly people in the public and lots of great kids who are having fun.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours in the hot sun without being able to sit down (up to 12 hour shifts). Very low pay. Perception of being a fun job, but not so much fun after you get started. Poor, inexperienced supervisors and trainers. Basically a "good ole boy network" management. Lack of respect for professional skills. Profess to have Christian values but don't practice them in reality.

      Pros

      The company cares about you as a person. It is a great culture. The people you work with are dedicated and hard working. You get to work in a fun industry. Discounts at the attractions. They promote from within before looking outside.

      Cons

      Pay might be average or a little below but the benefits counter that.
