Management and customers make the job hard - Cashier Herschend Entertainment Employee Review

Customers can be extremely rude. I have been cussed out on numerous occasions for something I had nothing to do with or for helping someone else. Some of the people that come there seem to feel so entitled it's ridiculous. Management on the other hand make it hard to ask for help. After a while it's better to just make your own system up than to ask for help from them. Some managers will even embarrass employees in front of other employees or customers, that's not at all professional. Even when people need to be fired they aren't because they so desperately need people but the others who do what they need to always have extra work fall on them.
