Your boss will know your name and actually care about you. Company is creative and fun. Cool industry where you feel like you are making a difference for millions of families who can enjoy some time together.

Cons

Sometimes can be hard to advance without moving locations. Corporate team is small. Definitely a meritocracy but nobody ever leaves this place!
