*Depending on location, must eat on your down time. No 30mins breaks. (Depending on location if you’re the lone Attendant. *Unionized. *No tips. *Slow at raising salary. *No encouragement to move up on positions and education. *Health benefit insurance is now $40/mo, why not shop around for a lower one? *Some Schedule hours are good and bad, unless you’re a student or don’t mind working split shifts. *Some garages are archaic and small. *Hardly no Over Time due to Seniority *Lateness/absent point scale, unless you bring it down monthly. *Some vehicles are rushed to customers to attend next vehicle *Previous night Reservation list show a certain amount, but next day you have surprise bigger amount of reservations. Get ready, always expect the unexpected. It’s how I survived. 😆
