Pros

The people that I work with in HPE are excited and energetic about their jobs and the direction of our company. We are all one team looking to win and accelerate to next!

Cons

I am still seeing some transition hiccups from splitting the larger HP company; work is still ongoing. But, with a company this large it is really to be expected.

Probably compensation compared to others, but the stability is more important

Strong colleagues who are genuinely good to work with. Well-maintained offices and a comfortable working environment.

Cons

Internal politics take up more energy than they should. Technical decisions are frequently overridden by management preference rather than settled on technical merit, which slows things down and can leave engineers feeling their input carries little weight.
