Pros
Flexible working was encouraged (until 2016)
Cons
The only thing the company cared about was cost and the dollar! If you were a loyal permie there were no promotions, no rises, no training no future just cuts every three months. Masses of grads were brought in because they were cheap. Of course they did not stay as rises were not reflective and they were not promoted. In addition there was nowhere for them progress long term. To do this they had to leave and work elsewhere! Wherever possible Best Shore was used to drive down cost at the expense of on shore resources. Even Bulgarian resource working on UK accounts were replaced by Indian staff to save more! The migration of work affected 80% of UK staff. By affected I mean 80% were shown the door. Of course they never thought to ask the customers what they wanted. Soon renewals will go elsewhere and new business won't even knock at the door. Not that Meg will care as she will have sold up and become a politician.
