With the company spin off and work force reduction the concern is maintaining employment versus career advancement or compensation increases. Off shoring USA jobs continues to be the strategy

Strong colleagues who are genuinely good to work with. Well-maintained offices and a comfortable working environment.

Cons

Internal politics take up more energy than they should. Technical decisions are frequently overridden by management preference rather than settled on technical merit, which slows things down and can leave engineers feeling their input carries little weight.
