no care for resources.worst company so far i have worked . worst package when compared to other company .this company have only support projects .dont ever join this company this kind of work even the security guard can do .no need for developers you can hire some security guards .that kind of projects they have no big technologies they dont have any latest technologies .this guy keech of hexaware talks of this shrink it grow digital nothing is there in the company one day this company will shrink .this is fit for nothing project company never join this company .you will regret . worst hiring system this review is from my heart .the managers and project directors in hexaware are so worst they threaten you and they dont care about the anything .They will ask you work in technologies which has no scope for your future your market value will go from better to nothing after you join this company .i dont how come they get this kind of projects if you are java developer they will ask you to work in c,pro-c,c++ and the only thing you will do most of the times is documentation .they will promise you one thing and they will never keep the promise .
