Pros
The company offers a flexible and relaxed work environment, everyone seems to be having fun most of the time, the compensation offered for shift and travel is one of the best in the Industry.
Cons
The company has a very unprofessional HR and is low on pay scale, they try to hire you as cheap as possible. Some very inefficient employees hold top lead positions in teams due to the time spent in the company and not due to their skills or talent. The senior management is highly unprofessional and needs some management and people skills. There is a high large shortfall of technically skilled employees with majority of the employees just managing to do their job somehow with very little or no knowledge on the technologies they are working on. Developers working on system administration and vice-versa is a common sight here.
