Nothing as much just basic training which u will get in every company

There are a lot of cons: First is 3year bond...they will make u their slave and keep u in any project mostly support. Do not any development project for fresher's. Second : They are doing fraud with with the freshers after 6months they will provide only 15 thousands even they mention in the offer letter 2.5lpa. Third : No salary hikes even after 3 years ur salary will not reach 3lpa which u will get in any other company or startup during your first year. Fourth : Their HR are very rude if u ask for your salary structure they do not reply even when they reply after so many mails very rudely. They do not even know how to talk to human beings. Fifth : only Chennai campus is good other campus are not so good very less facilities. Sixth : After your training is over u will be working in support for 15k for the next 1year and there is no option that u can change the project. There is only one option either do it or get out of the company by giving them your 1lac.
