if you are good at appearing busy they will leave you to o what you please. as long as nothing negative is brought to attention

Cons

Micro management to manipulate what the company wants you to find as results and published for accurate data and testing. employment termination for no reason weeks before end of probation with refusal to answer any communication or to return personal belongings.
