Pros

You get a lot of industry experience because they have you working at least 10 different jobs for each position. Overworked and Overwhelmed. Resume builder for entry level position.

Cons

The culture is horrible like blaming their employees for all problems instead of finding ways to improve the job. Overworked positions by working with bare minimum people for the productions. You'll have to do at least 10 jobs for 1 position. All departments are stretched thin in staff and equipment. The machines, equipment, piping, and systems are outdated and sometimes are not safe to use. If you ask for higher pay then you will not work there long afterwards because they keep your yearly review raise (penny raises) dangling over your head like a piece of sweet cake. Management is always finding ways on how to fire their employees by keeping secret files, overwhelming employees, paying lower salary. Once you get hired to salary you are literally owned by the company because they expect you to work all the time without work/ life balance. Many people start there with happy families, healthy, and working; then they end up divorced, fired, depressed, and in the hospital. Plus, the company is owned by a debt management partnership group. Stay far away.

Pros

Exposure to real enterprise-scale datasets and forecasting models. Supportive cross-functional teams that encourage learning and ownership. Opportunities to work directly on high-impact business problems. Strong platform exposure (Azure, Power BI, Databricks) that builds technical depth.

Cons

Workload can be fast-paced — but this has strengthened my ability to prioritize and deliver under pressure. Processes are still evolving — giving me space to contribute improvements and drive structure. Limited formal hierarchy — which has helped me become more self-driven and independent. Some projects require navigating ambiguity — a great opportunity to build problem-solving confidence
