Pros

Solid publicly traded company to work for. hard work, but rewarding. The company does their best to keep morale fairly high and employees happy.

Cons

Training is hands on and not formal though most anyone is willing to help out at any time. Can be lots of travel due to multiple locations but that isn't always a con.
