Pros

You'll get to see Lunenberg in the summer. Great place to learn what not to do in business. Catering is usually decent. Insurance and 401k are reasonable.

Cons

This is one of the most backwards places you'll ever have the opportunity to work. The best employees are burnt out with incredibly long hours, frequent travel, and a lack of appreciation. Major personal or group accomplishments are rarely celebrated. Your hard work will seldom be rewarded and the business carries a tone of 'onto the next one' and a 'what have you done for me lately?' mentality. Very few managers are of the school of servant leadership and have little interest in building their direct reports and contributors. Most will happily step on and over their own employees if it can benefit them- all while arguing among each other which results in directionless projects that will be rushed to market with poor planning and execution. You'll be constantly amazed how those who complain the most about the results but did the least to contribute are often the same people who promoted and given accolades over those who put the most effort into the projects and business. Very high employee turnover. Pay is below market compared to similar industries. Constant reorganizations and optimizations leave you wondering if you'll be employed tomorrow, next week, or next month. Its not a matter of 'if,' its 'when.'
