This is a horrible company to work for as an operations manager. Absolutely no training offered on systems and processes, causing extreme stress on new managers, zero investment in personal development of employees. Bare bones staffing levels both associate and management level to save money, then management’s jobs are threatened when service is judged poorly. If you suggest hiring adequate staff to fix the problem you will he laughed out of the room! Managers forced to work extreme hours because the company refuses to hire a reasonable number to cover the amount of hours required, again to save money, and then they brag about how much extra money they made! All by taking advantage of their people.
