Good work-life balance but challenging commute - Anonymous employee Hill Physicians Medical Group Employee Review

I have been a patient under Hill for years as well as supported them in the insurance field for years. Now that I am employed under their umbrella and can say that this is the best company that I have ever had the opportunity to work for. The level of support I have received and training is top notch and thankful for this opportunity.

There literally are no cons.

I've only been working here a couple of months and I highly recommend Hill Physicians. I love the environment. Everyone is so nice and friendly from my initial interview with Rohini in HR to my 2nd and 3rd interview with Kevin and Sheronica in management . They were very professional and I felt relaxed and not intimidated. Everyone in the office were very welcoming and very helpful during training. I also really love the flexibility with the work hours. It was very nice also for the CEO David Joyner to have a welcome meeting with us new hire. Most companies don't do that.

I don't live close to office and traffic is bad sometimes. But their flexible with starting times.
