Pay and benefits are fair. Not great, but fair

Cons

The company is very diverse, but upper management is not. Some of the managers/directors/VPs don’t have proper management training and shouldn’t have staff reporting to them. They love to micromanage and make you feel inferior. Not much room for growth, especially when you have to ask for permission from your current manager to apply for open positions in the company. Once they are aware that you are looking into other opportunities and they become spiteful instead of encouraging and understanding. The only way up, is out.

I've only been working here a couple of months and I highly recommend Hill Physicians. I love the environment. Everyone is so nice and friendly from my initial interview with Rohini in HR to my 2nd and 3rd interview with Kevin and Sheronica in management . They were very professional and I felt relaxed and not intimidated. Everyone in the office were very welcoming and very helpful during training. I also really love the flexibility with the work hours. It was very nice also for the CEO David Joyner to have a welcome meeting with us new hire. Most companies don't do that.

Cons

I don't live close to office and traffic is bad sometimes. But their flexible with starting times.
