Remote working an option for some.

Cons

This used to be a good company then they started hiring unqualified managers with no people skills and little to no experience. If you have a title of senior manager or director you'll be treated well. If not, I would look elsewhere if you want respect for your skills and knowledge. It's not worth it.

I've only been working here a couple of months and I highly recommend Hill Physicians. I love the environment. Everyone is so nice and friendly from my initial interview with Rohini in HR to my 2nd and 3rd interview with Kevin and Sheronica in management . They were very professional and I felt relaxed and not intimidated. Everyone in the office were very welcoming and very helpful during training. I also really love the flexibility with the work hours. It was very nice also for the CEO David Joyner to have a welcome meeting with us new hire. Most companies don't do that.

Cons

I don't live close to office and traffic is bad sometimes. But their flexible with starting times.
