Pros

I love the small company feel of Hill Physicians, even though they are growing at a fast pace. I feel like they really go out of their way to make sure they keep this culture. In my department there is such a close-knit group that works collaboratively and listens to one another as well as helping each other out when there is a need.

Cons

So far, I really have not run into any negatives, but this being said no company is perfect and there will be things that I may not love but I believe pros will always outweigh the cons when you are being treated like a person and not a number.

I've only been working here a couple of months and I highly recommend Hill Physicians. I love the environment. Everyone is so nice and friendly from my initial interview with Rohini in HR to my 2nd and 3rd interview with Kevin and Sheronica in management . They were very professional and I felt relaxed and not intimidated. Everyone in the office were very welcoming and very helpful during training. I also really love the flexibility with the work hours. It was very nice also for the CEO David Joyner to have a welcome meeting with us new hire. Most companies don't do that.

Cons

I don't live close to office and traffic is bad sometimes. But their flexible with starting times.
