Nice employees most of the time If you worked hard for a long time you could move up, but again, it took awhile

Management did not communicate Management didn't seem to care much about its employees, although they said they did

Treated like an adult - not micro-managed. You’re able to have agency and control in your decisions and process. Supportive team mates. Work is remote (location depends on project site and employee’s specific role in the project).

Cons

Mainly the low salary - especially in California - compared to similar roles in the area. Also, sometimes projects require long hours or weekend work and this can extend for months.
