Pros

Long history of success and Hilldrup is a leader in the moving services industry. They are never satisfied with the status quo and are always on the cutting edge of the industry. Pay is competitive.

Cons

Nothing really negative. Hardest thing about working here is just the nature of the industry itself. Lots of stress during peak times and there is not enough labor and drivers to cover all of the business that is booked/available.

Treated like an adult - not micro-managed. You’re able to have agency and control in your decisions and process. Supportive team mates. Work is remote (location depends on project site and employee’s specific role in the project).

Cons

Mainly the low salary - especially in California - compared to similar roles in the area. Also, sometimes projects require long hours or weekend work and this can extend for months.
