Pros

Good benefits, employees are rewarded based on performance, and there are fun employee events to increase morale. The company also has a great reputation in the moving industry as a top performer.

Cons

Unless you are a local resident or a "friend of the family," it is not only tough to advance, but it is also extremely tough to fit in. Not a very warm or welcoming atmosphere for new employees. The "good old boys club" mentality is prominent.

Treated like an adult - not micro-managed. You’re able to have agency and control in your decisions and process. Supportive team mates. Work is remote (location depends on project site and employee’s specific role in the project).

Cons

Mainly the low salary - especially in California - compared to similar roles in the area. Also, sometimes projects require long hours or weekend work and this can extend for months.
