-great communication from the management -fairly flexible hours -great teamwork culture -good performance feedback and appraisals -multiple locations up and down the East Coast -well-known and respected within the moving and storage industry -expanding company

Cons

-summer is the busiest time, creating a lot of stress and late nights -some of the marketing resources are stretched as it is a smaller company

Treated like an adult - not micro-managed. You’re able to have agency and control in your decisions and process. Supportive team mates. Work is remote (location depends on project site and employee’s specific role in the project).

Cons

Mainly the low salary - especially in California - compared to similar roles in the area. Also, sometimes projects require long hours or weekend work and this can extend for months.
