I got a comfortable chair.

Cons

Everything. Managment is known to bad mouth their competition with libelous slander. They do not pay sales commissions but will fire a top producing sales person who lands large accounts to keep the money in house as profit. If you went to HS with the “family” you have job security. No sense of fair business practices. Dont make a report to HR because they dont have any say in what happens next. It goes to the “boys club” and they laugh and judge you from that moment on. They dont actually care about the customers, only maximizing profits.

Treated like an adult - not micro-managed. You’re able to have agency and control in your decisions and process. Supportive team mates. Work is remote (location depends on project site and employee’s specific role in the project).

Cons

Mainly the low salary - especially in California - compared to similar roles in the area. Also, sometimes projects require long hours or weekend work and this can extend for months.
