-Sometime no OT claim, cannot go outside during break, too strict like school (have warden) -Full of game of politics, only ertain group of people that close with certain individual will get promotion & appraisal. -No individual KPI, metrics or skills target. Hence you will see mismatch of job grade, job salary and job skills. E.g. Senior position doing junior task because do not have the right skills ( & degree) but gain huge wage.
