Pros
Start-up culture of problem-solving, teamwork and collaboration, work/life balance is excellent (hours are set, pace is manageable) and there is a lot of emphasis on personal growth and support from managers. Being fully remote also has many perks
Cons
Training in a fully remote environment has its challenges as you don't always have someone to answer your questions. It's also harder to pick up what is going on around you, so harder to get a sense of the whole company and how it works
