Pros

- Constant product & service advancements - extremely helpful team of people - safe space in slack to ask as many questions as possible - open-minded leadership team who enjoys hearing feedback from all team members - scrappy and aggressive (in a fun and motivating way) - quick to pivot and adapt in line with market demand - Hofy's platform is incredibly user-friendly which bodes well with clients - we're seen and treated like people and not just a number - benefits and pay are extremely competitive All in all, I love it here. I definitely feel like I'm at an organization that's aiming to do big things in this market and is working relentlessly to achieve it. Work/life balance is exceptional and the trust & autonomy we're given is unlike other places I've worked.

Cons

- pricing is often met with resistance - scrappy, fast, and aggressive is fun but can have its downsides for people who aren't built to move at this speed - not every process is ironed out perfectly....but that's start-up life :) not a Hofy-specific con
