Pros

I believe at some point I was paid? I had a few paid holidays? I'm writing this so I didn't die from being fast on my feet and being alert.

Cons

Take everything you can think of negative about working somewhere and you can apply it to this company. Anything. Low pay, disorganized management, favoritism, revolving door of employees.

Pros

The pay is good and not very many overnight out of town jobs unless you volunteer.

Cons

The inspection/service ticket program they use is probably the worst in the industry. It’s full of bugs and they can’t seem to get it fixed. Inspection reports will go back to management with nothing on it and management is questioning you about doing your job right. Sometimes it can take hours or days for an inspection checklist to load on your end so more than 50% of the time you end up filling out the report long after you’ve left the customer. They are focused heavily on paper mills. They do not give out company credit cards and expect you to purchase parts or supplies you might need in the field and wait to get reimbursed on the following pay period. They try to sell you on bonuses like profit sharing but they’re not great but better than nothing. Benefits aren’t great. Upper management isn’t great. They hire people with zero experience and put them in positions where at least a little bit of experience would be useful.
