Pros
Advantages: + interesting work + flexible hours (working remotely) + smart peers (no averages) + competitive salary + management reduced to minimum + gvim as the main IDE!!!! (loving it) + existance of coding conventions and company DNA (taken pretty seriously) There are no code reviews, so you have got to be smart, independent and responsible to think your way through very well. If there is some criticism, usually told directly in the eye. It is no place for averages nor big EGOs (unless you are just as smart as big is your EGO). Overall, a nice place with friendly peer environment, but one may say it is somewhat specific and is no fit for everyone. Hola is much like VIM, extremely powerful tool but not everyone can get it.
Cons
Disadvantages: - no code reviews (still not used to it, even though it gives many other advantages) - cvs as a main VCS (for those who are in love with power of git) - some parts of coding conventions is different from what most of JS world is using, so you have to get used to it
