This is the however. The Hotel management is lacking to the point of ruining the hotel itself. Staff are treated like indentured servants. I was THE NIGHT Auditor. What I mean by that is, I worked 7 days a week for most of the time that i spent there. The Management didn't think that my personal time was anything important and never tried to really hire anyone else. I was let go after Missing a shift due to being over worked and i slept through it completely. At first i felt so horrible that I let them down and fell into a depression. I realized one day that i gave them so much of my time and support that i didn't deserve to be treated the way i was treated. no vacation time taken or sick days. i had all of those hours that i was suppose to use and instead was let go without any of those hours compensated, which i had defiantly earned! The list would go on however there isn't enough space for me to write down everything that happened to me and other staff that are still there.
