      Pros

      HAL is a large, financially stable company. Employee benefits are okay after a full year of employment. Medical benefits are okay as well.

      Cons

      A very high pressure, unpleasant work environment where employees are not treated with any respect. Taking orders is the norm. Communication is non-existent throughout the company. Most of the time, people don't even say hello in the hallways. There is no work/life balance.

      Cons

      Guests can be rude and out-of-touch with reality It's remote, so you MUST have a vehicle to have a great experience
