Cons of working at Home Team? Extremely male driven work force. Upper management is NOT honest at all. Management wants to keep every incident “IN BRANCH” without brining any corporate attention to something that could potentially be against company policy, dangerous or illegal. When someone outside of upper management brings issues to the HR department or higher management, excuses are made and a standard statement of “Thank you for the feedback. OR We will look into it” is the received response with minimal to no follow up. Minimal training provided for new employees in general and NO effective training for new OM’s. The company values and mission statement are NOT being followed by the management team and it is appalling that in the last 18 months at least 10 employees have quit. Hopefully things improve for the current and future employees there.
