Pros
I started as a "part time" employee and moved within the company to now be a member of the management team. HomeTeam maintains focus on taking care of our people, and our customers. I have applied for positions in the past I have not been ready for, and instead of just not getting the job, my leadership in every position has told me "WHY" I didn't get it, and then helped me develop a plan to be ready the next time the position opened. Culture within the branch and individual departments is one of working together to insure we take care of the customers and each other. Great place to work if you want something more than just a job.
Cons
No company is perfect, and you will never agree with every decision that is made. Especially because you are not the CEO and no two people are exactly alike. I stated to be mindful of disgruntled previous employees because unfortunately, if you get let go for not fulfilling your job requirements, you may write a bad review not knowing the whole story. If you elect to take a position within this company and seek to manipulate your customers, or walk over your co-workers, you will not make it. HomeTeam maintains a culture of servant-hood, and if you can accept that, and focus on completing your tasks with integrity, you will not only be successful, but you will help those around you be successful as well.
