Decent benefits as far has health care, life insurance etc... If needed to take time off for Drs appointments, child care they work with you.
Cons
Very unorganized as far as sales, too much micromanaging, unrealistic expectations the ability to make money there is possible however the hourly pay is not great. There was no guidance had to learn most everything on my own. They preach about safety as a concern however you're basically forced to multitask inside of your vehicle which is anything but safe. They started to want to introduce working Saturdays which would mean you'd work 6 days a week. Overkill on training and you're just told to get through it not really understanding the material. In order to really make great money you need to be in the field for hours on end that means you would start your work day around 7:00am and may not even get home until 8:00 p.m. if you build a pipeline and have referrals that helps however their monitoring your every move so you can have several sales in a day but if you didn't go to the field for a certain amount of hours they question what you're doing because they monitor what you're doing by your vehicle and your phone. when making a sale it can be extremely time-consuming having to enter contracts, which wouldn't leave a lot of time to knock doors.
